What if I receive a damaged item?
We're so sorry to hear that! If your product breaks or is faulty, please contact us at littlecrystiaccs@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item, and we'll make it right.
We will send you out a replacement, free of charge. If the product is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will issue you a full refund for that item.
