At Little Crystia Accessories, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Refunds

We only offer refunds if the item you receive is damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package and provide the following:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once we review and verify the damage, we will notify you of the outcome. If your claim is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:

Change of mind

Incorrect item ordered by the customer

Dissatisfaction with color, style, or personal preference

Shipping delays caused by the carrier

Orders that have already been shipped

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or bank.
